Every year the same question arises: what to do on New Year's Eve? Take advantage of our Grand Medieval New Year's Eve Dinner and celebrate the arrival of the New Year with friends and family. It will be a very special dinner, held in the historic rooms of Bevilacqua Castle, a few kilometres from Verona.

We have planned an elegant setting and entertainment for this long-awaited evening.

Starter

Shrimp from the Mediterranean with octopus slices on zolfini bean velouté

and fresh tomato concassé

Main course

Scampi risotto

with porcini mushrooms in truffle aroma with hints of artichoke

on codfish guazzetto, king crab and scallops

Grouper slice gratin on passion fruit marinated capon,

with soft yogurt potato, winter vegetable noodles and hibiscus dress
