Every year the same question arises: what to do on New Year's Eve? Take advantage of our Grand Medieval New Year's Eve Dinner and celebrate the arrival of the New Year with friends and family. It will be a very special dinner, held in the historic rooms of Bevilacqua Castle, a few kilometres from Verona.

We have planned an elegant setting and entertainment for this long-awaited evening.

Starter

Roasted scallop hearts, on porcini mushrooms,

smoked clams and saffron pistils

Main course

Risotto with blue lobster meat, scampi with seasoned caviar flakes

Crescenza cheese stuffed tortelli on broccoli mirror with crispy octopus, garlic

and anchovies from the Cantabrian Sea with toasted bread

Split of St. Peter's with calamari ristretto,

on winter vegetable panache and lime potato puree

Caramel and chocolate mousse, blueberry gelled mousse and biscuit,
